Oct 6 Incorporating Eucalyptus Bark
Title: Incorporating Eucalyptus Bark into an arrangement using the block method.
Description: The block method is grouping of materials into blocks. You can have all the same materials into one block or break them into multiple, however you need to make sure both blocks are large enough to have a visual impact.
Materials: Seeded Eucalyptus, Baby Blue Eucalyptus, Gunni Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus bark, Coxcomb (Celosia), Sedum, Sea Holly (Erygos)
Stacking Bark on a stick
A. Bark hidden in the back.
B. Bark moved to provide a progression. Making a fence down through the arrangement.
Bark Functioning as a line element.
I added the bark to this. It provides an interesting visual sidewise v shape.
The bark is continuing from the front into the back. It provides a visual draw from the front into the middle towards the back. Without the front the bark is just hidden.
Essentially cuts this 365 into two facing arrangements. Side A.
A. No bark. Cascading style
B. Adding seeded eucalyptus into the middle section. This provides some connective tissue with the bottom drape into the the arrangement. Light integration of each of the draping materials into the center will further this.
C. Cascading style adding a bark umbrella which shelters the arrangement.
Addition of bark to the bottom left helps provide a visual line to draw your eye.
Two pieces of bark. One which shelters and one which provides a counter point to that shelter.
