Description: Create a flat arrangement that uses blocks to create a pleasing design. Think about it as creating a quilt.

Technique:  Make a tape grid on a low flat vase. You need to use waterproof tape for this, it is a floral product. Then cut your materials short such that the flower head is close to the tape.
