Dried Material Examples
These materials can look great dried.
Magic happens when it dries:
- Bird of paradise leaves
- New Zealand Flax after it has been run through a pasta machine can take on a variety of shapes.
- The remains of the Agapanthus flower after it has gone to seed
- Queen Anne’s Lace (seed pod)
- Dill (gone to seed)
- Ornamental Onion (seed pod)
- Anise (gone to seed)

- New Zealand Flax (especially when it has been manipulated into woven or other patterns)
- Palm (especially when it has been manipulated)
- Tropical Flowers (heliconia, anthurium)

- Roses (depending on how you dry them you can preserve some of their color)

- Kangaroo paw
- Bottle Brush Protea (and it’s leaves)
- King Protea
- Coxcomb
- Sea Holly
